under the Family Provision Act. Your claim is to be provided with adequate provision
from the estate. The Court in these matters has a wide discretion to award applicants
money or property, notwithstanding what they may have been entitled to pursuant
to the Will.
We can also advise and represent executors of estates in which there is a claim being made under the Family Provision Act. We will advise the executors of strategies and issues, which are relevant and advantageous to the estate.
