| Kieran
Biddle is a Partner of Hansons. Kieran practices
principally in Business and Property Law. He supervises
a Private Mortgage Practice and also acts in Wills & Probate
matters. A special interest is Real Estate Development
work, including Joint Ventures where a number of
parties join together to develop the land, with or
without an active role in the development work. Kieran
is also a Notary Public.
As Kieran studied law part time while working
in a law firm full time, he has now 30 years experience
working in law firms in Wollongong and clients
benefit from his depth of experience. During this
time he has had wide experience in many areas of
law in addition to the areas of special interest.
These include Local Government, Personal Injury,
Criminal Law and Intellectual Law.
As an Articled Clerk in 3 different Wollongong
firms he had the benefit of a wide range of work
and systems before admission as a Solicitor of
the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of
Australia in 1976. Kieran is a foundation partner
in Hansons.
Kieran has been involved in a number of school
based and community groups, serves as honorary
solicitor for a number of charities. He is a Board
member of a large Illawarra welfare organisation.
