Tom is foundation Partner at Hansons Lawyers.
After commencing practice as a lawyer nearly 40 years ago Tom quickly developed an interest in Compensation and Personal Injury Law and it has been a major focus of his practice ever since. Over the years Tom has dealt with all areas of the law where his clients have been injured or suffered loss as a result of the actions of others – including motor vehicle and work accidents, medical negligence and occupiers liability. His years of experience and the knowledge he has gained have resulted in Tom becoming an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.
Tom has extensive experience in cases challenging wills. His experience enables him to advise his clients of their prospects of success and what is involved in the process.
Tom’s practice also covers commercial litigation, employment law including advice on Unfair Dismissal, OH&S, Bullying, Harassment and Employment Contracts.
Tom often has work referred to him both other Legal Practitioners.
Tom guarantees that he takes personal charge of his client’s matters and he prides himself on always giving his clients practical, down to earth advice and being with his clients through every step of their case. His approach has meant that most clients come to him by referral from satisfied former clients.
