Talaishia joined Hansons Lawyers in 2008 after a period of employment with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Migration Review Tribunal and Refugee Review Tribunal. She is a registered Migration Agent MARN:0853756 and practices extensively in the area of Migration Law.
Talaishia has a particular interest in Family Law, where she assists a wide range of clients to resolve issues arising from the breakdown of their relationships. Her knowledge in this area and her understanding personality mean that her clients are helped through difficult times in their lives.
Talaishia also enjoys practicing employment law and has represented many clients in unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying and harrassment.
Talaishia also acts in criminal law and general litigation.
