Born and bred in Wollongong, Ben studied at Wollongong University while working fulltime as a paralegal gaining experience in commercial, banking and finance, property, and estate planning law.
Ben completed a bachelor of Law and Commerce Degree at the University of Wollongong in 2007 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2008.
During his first year of admission Ben was given the responsibility of running a busy property and estate planning practice in the Illawarra, which is a testament to the experience he obtained while working as a paralegal while studying fulltime.
For 3 years Ben worked as a lawyer for a large commercial law firm in Sydney where he was exposed to a variety of complex commercial matters involving property transactions and disputes, insolvency, and litigation. During this time Ben acted for a range prominent clients including some of Australia’s largest private and public companies as well as many Government agencies.
Ben is currently employed in the property and commercial team at Hansons Lawyers and draws on his various experience in order to assist his clients to deliver results which exceed expectations.
Regardless of the complexity of the matter Ben always delivers clear and concise advice to clients while maintaining a friendly and approachable relationship.
