Ann has been a Solicitor since 1978 initially working in general practice and then specialising in personal injury work particularly in Workers Compensation, Motor Accident and Medical Negligence claims. She has been in constant touch with the many changes to that area of law over the years.
Ann is also a registered Migration Agent – MARN 0428086 and has developed a large practice in Migration Law where she has assisted many clients negotiate their way through the problems and complexities they face. She is able to assist with all enquiries regarding applications for permanent or temporary residency and specialises in partner, parent and other family visas, student visas, skilled visas and Business and Employer nominated visas. She can also assist with appeals to the Department and to the Migration Review Tribunal.
Ann believes in keeping her clients informed at all times of their rights and the progress of their claims. She makes a point of being accessible to clients and is always willing and happy to answer their questions in plain English. This means that clients know where they stand and can relax, comfortable that they are in good hands and will get prompt access to Ann if they have other concerns during their matter.
